Review: Without my permission to share my information outside of their office and without securing my intent for services, Allegheny Health and rehabilitation sent my information to Care Credit of [redacted] bank. I received a pre-approval letter for a credit card that I never requested. No one should worry about a doctor office sharing private information with 3rd parties when they are looking for chiropractic care.

This company also advertised a free consultation which I was charged for, then provided me with a sales presentation that did not include clear pricing and treatment other than me paying them a large sum for the first few days before they could give me a clear treatment plan with defined timing and cost. The plan was not measurable and frankly seemed shady so I decided not to pursue services. I paid them that day of service and then my EOB came in, they owe me $15 refund that they said would take one month to process. I regret going to this place and wish they would send release my file to me. I would feel better knowing it was not in that building...who knows who else they have shared my information with.Desired Settlement: No company especially a medical company should share potential client or client information outside the medical office. I went there to evaluate what they had to offer under "health and rehabilitation services" not financial support. They should be required to disclose and request permission of all clients/potential clients before doing this in the future.
