I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The dealership repaired my car and were very reasonable on fixing damage done when I hit a patch of ice. After this issue came up. I'm very satisfied with the way they dealt with this issue.

REPAIRS. MS. [redacted] STATED WHEN SHE BOUGHT THE VEHICLE HERE THE INSPECTION STICKERS WERE EXPIRED. I [redacted] STATED TO MS. [redacted] THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THE SHOP TO BE CHECKED OUT. I GAVE HER OUR BUSINESS HOURS OF MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 5:00PM. MS. [redacted] STATED THAT SHE WORKED EVERYDAY. I EXPLAINED THE ONLY WAY TO GET HER VEHICLE CHECKED OUT IS TO BRING IT TO ALLEGHENY MOTORS. WE WILL HELP IN ANY WAY WE CAN ! [redacted]

Review: I bought my car on 2/16/13 and it was told to me that it was serviced the next day after I suspected issues with the car. I didn't realize I didn't have current stickers until I lost my job in June and needed it to no inspected in July. When I got my car inspected it was told to me that there was 500 worth of repairs. Repairs that would've been within warranty had it been taken care of when I sent my car back the next day.Desired Settlement: My car should be fixed and I shouldn't have to pay. I paid for a warranty on a car that was sold without current stickers.

Review: I purchase a vehicle with sticker price of $5900.00, the salesman [redacted], when writing the loan listed the price as $7900.00, overcharging me $2000.00. When I questioned this he told me that was the only way to get the loan approved. [redacted] also said I had to pay the sales tax, when I asked him why he said if I didn't pay the sales tax I would have to put more money down. I gave him a check for the sales tax, but he also included the sales tax in the loan, so I paid the sales tax twice.Desired Settlement: I would the $2630.00 that I was overcharged.
