My A+ rating speaks for itself. Anyone reading this whether a salesperson, a nurse, an accountant or plumber, whatever you do,...

understands that a percentage of the people you have as clients are part of the entitlement mentality. They make agreements and as soon as possible they begin to grind for things that they know they do not have coming, but try anyway because they are entitled to extra special treatment. And so I will respond to this gentleman. I will refer to him as Mr. E from here forward, to mean Mr. Entitlement!
Mr. E bought a ten year old vehicle with 146k miles. In the state of Minnesota as a dealer you are required to have a person sign acknowledging they understand they do not have a warranty. I have my clients sign twice. I also explain to every one of them that if this is not comfortable for them that they should not purchase the vehicle. All can understand that the reason they are a small percentage of the new price is that they are used. Mr. E signed twice.
Mr. E was a policeman in the past. He was in charge of maintenance at one time. The mechanic he is taking his vehicle to has the city contract. He comes to him and says check this over and make sure its perfect. The mechanic, in my opinion beholden to Mr.E for his income, makes a laundry list of anything that may or may not go wrong, and tells him to try to get me to pay. He signed twice.
I did take the copy to my mechanic and asked if this was stuff that they may have missed. He says, not possible, when we put in new ball joint we would have seen those issues. That is because the poor guy on the other, end basically knows Mr. E wants him to rebuild the vehicle, and that he will not get the police account without doing Mr. E a favor. He signed twice.
Mr. E then calls my local police, and asks them to come and try to intimidate me. They actually stopped by, even knowing that Mr. [redacted] is a Wisconsin resident. My police come to my business and ask about a vehicle purchase from a week previous. Creepy right?? Police cronyism is alive and well. That is when I cut of communication. The guy is a nut! He signed twice.
Mr. E was given a $500 discount on this vehicle for past military service. I unfortunately will have to now require proof of past service from now on. Mr. E has ruined a great thing for many of my customers. He may or may not have served, I will never know, but he does not act even close to the other men and women that I have been honored to give that discount to. Every other service member has lived up to there agreements. Some have called for advice if they needed repairs, but never until Mr. E have they asked for what they know is not coming to them. They are what make this country great and what makes me proud to give them special treatment. Mr. E does not act in a manner that leads me to believe him. Now I will require proof. He signed twice.
Finally Mr. E is trying to extort money for repairs by using this Revdex.com forum as his weapon of choice. Shame on the Revdex.com for giving this person a platform to attempt to tarnish what is a spectacular reputation in a very tough business. I have A+ with the Revdex.com and 5 star with Cars.com. Mr. E iS an entitled former cop trying to get something for nothing, and the Revdex.com is helping him try to accomplish it. Mr. [redacted] needs to soul search and get back to acting like a man fit to wear the uniform. The Revdex.com needs to stop helping these types extort from small business with the implied threat that we need the Revdex.com and a perfect rating to be worthy of doing business with. The Revdex.com produces nothing, and in affect extorts money from private business on one side and then encourages guys like this Mr. E to pound on us. My opinion is Mr. E and the Revdex.com are two pees in a pod, they want something for nothing. Can't stand either one!!
