As a Proud Reputable company we are very disappointed on behave of this clients actions. Several attempts were provided to schedule to fix one small area of damage that was caused by rain. However, this client kept refusing to schedule due to her personal schedule. The biggest
concern was - she was requesting a full repair of damaged that other workers she hired had completed and she wanted our company to cover the expense because she choose to hire someone that was not licensed or insured or even qualified to do her home repairs. In addition, this client owes our company a total of $1,from additional cost incurred by our company to complete her roof replacement which she refuses to pay and blames her insurance company. We are Veteran owned and operated and highly recommended by our costumersUnfortunately this client wants free services and refuses to cover the cost of material & labor that was used to repair her home. In the Allegiance family we are honest & respectful but we cannot continue to work without pay for this individual that refused to cover the cost. We never refused repairs but she refused scheduling dates and will not accept us in her home. (Estimated repair cost less than $300) Based on the financial loss we have incurred (-$1,500.00) and the client being very rude. Client stated she refuses to have us in her home, this issue has become very difficult and unresolved. It is sad that clients like this, take advantage of the system, the insurance, and still place misinformation/ complaints on companies as ourselves online that are trying to help out communities. This client refuses to cover her roofing expenses and refuses repairs, there is no way to continue when a client is so difficult to work with. This is in no way a reflection of our company, our clients are very happy with our services. We lost a lot of money trying to help this client. We stand by our work and cannot be expected to fix others (off the street workers damages) because this client decided to misuse insurance funds provided. It is sad this client is so deceitful and untruthful and refuses to pay the cost of services providedWe have several happy customers that are more than willing to vouch for our Excellent services and provide referrals to all their fiends and family.
