We've been having the worst experience with this title company for our earnest check to be returned Thursday June 23rd we receipted a $7,earnest check for a investment property we were looking to purchaseOn the same day we receipted $option check as well to the sellers agent to have option to walk from contact within the specified time frame in our contractSaturday morning we received a call stating our option check had be found in a parking lot so given that we did the proper precautions neededOn that same day we dropped another option payment in the mail(cashiers check) but soon after decided to walk from the property insteadInitially our agent emailed [redacted] and I also called her but when doing so they blew me off and kept taking messages and everytime I would call back they would say she was unavailableWhen my partner called with a different voice and asked for her she was surprising available then this was Monday morning we contacted the title company in re

Chronology of events ?
We had to do closing on the house on Jul and again on Aug
Please note that there were numerous mistakes made by Allegiance TitleProof of each is in this document with screen shots or attachments
During closing documents, there were multiple mistakes and I caught that mistake in the paper work prepared by Allegiance Title on Jul And the same mistake was made on Aug closing as well
Example: HOA was already paid in July, by me and sent to Rose M***, Allegiance TitleThen I was asked to pay that again at time of closingCheck was finally issued to me by Allegiance Title f
