Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was ready to rescind this complaint, but there are some discrepancies between their response and the truth [redacted] showed up a few days before the expiration of the contract and told me that he couldn't find anyone to do the work, and that I would have to find somebody else Since I already had hired another company to do all of the other stuff that Allegiant wouldn't do - windows, siding, etc, I asked them and they agreed That was lucky for me Now Allegiant claims that they were trying to contact me for installation? removedThe complaint was prior to the end of our contract end dateWe were held up due to the insurance company not completing our supplement request for a full fascia wrap, instead of a half fascia wrapThe request was filed on Aug 19th to the insurance companyWe had an installer readyWe were trying to contact her for installationToday she notified us she is contracted with another company to do the fascia and gutters*** *** stated that the new company couldn't install for long time, so we provided our installer information to her so her new contractor can install the fascia soonerThe May 8th storm was devastating to the *** Metro AreaThis has made a shortage of installers in the area and insurance companies were overwhelmedWe made every effort to honor our contract time line and every effort to provide a quality installerWe completed roofing, inspections passedCustomer states she is happy with the roofAfter years in business without one complaint we are distressed about this complaintWe had gold star awards every year they were provided
