Good Morning, In response to Complaint ID [redacted]. I spoke to [redacted] and made her aware that the refund was issue back to her card, she then stated that she cancelled her credit card. I contacted my Point Of Sale support and they stated that the refund was issued back...
to her bank account. I emailed [redacted] and let her know, she never replied. We then sent her a refund via check with an apology and still have yet to hear back. We would like to settle this issue ASAP.Thanks,Leo M[redacted] CKO Astoria- Owner
