Unfortunately the repairs required to return the apartment to the condition you first occupied, were extensive due to color change to several walls in your unit. We noticed that you try to paint the walls; you painted, back to the original color. However, the color of the paint used bled through. Therefore we had to do a full paint on the apartment. We pride ourselves in providing a beautiful home to every new resident, just like we did when you first moved in. All of the charges for the apartment are first deducted from your security deposit. Unfortunately, the balance after all of the charges on the apartment was more than what the security deposit was. This balance must be paid in full to clear your account with our community. We have personally addressed these concerns and explained the charges to you on several occasions.   The charges after your move out will stand and will not be removed.
