Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:The last conferences my wife has had with said "manager" (whose number does not reach him as listed) - said that he would "contact corporate to seek a refund." He has NEVER responded in kind to our NUMEROUS requests It's only through other means has he responded (Revdex.com) We never declined his offer - we only said that we would prefer a refund and he promised to contact the powers that be and get back to us That NEVER happened This matter is not over and I intend to alert the public to the horrible practices of this soulless corporation This is ridiculous Regards, K [redacted] ***

Good Morning, Guest called on to change dates of arrival, two minute phone call on 3/10, not to cancelThe phone call was a to change arrival dates, guest failed to cancel with in the hour grace period thus forfeiting her 1st night room and tax as stated on our cancelation
policy. Offer was made for a gift certificate or a future stay and the guest declined. J*** ***Director of Rooms
