Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/12) */ Dear Bride, I want to personally thank you again for your business, and for your feedback on our servicesAs a company, it saddens all of us if a client leaves feeling dissatisfied with our performance, but we welcome all comments as an opportunity to improve and evolve as a wholeThough we strive for perfection in all aspects, we understand that it would be unrealistic for us to assume 100% "Satisfaction" from each of our 600+ clients annuallyIn everything we do, from our meeting and greeting potential clients, to our planning process with our booked clients, through our in-office and onsite appointments, down to every song, announcement, and detail, we put great thought, care, and passion behind what we doOur track record, and abundant reviews prove this to be true With that being said, I do have empathy that you feel as though our DJ was annoying, or disruptive as he was actively trying to keep up with the requests you provided to us on your finalized agenda, which was sent back to us with your sign of approvalOur DJ's are trained to check in with the bride and groom, as well as their parents, to ensure no one misses a memorable moment during the wedding celebrations Every client is entitled to their own opinion, and has the right to let their voice be heardWe cannot dispute your opinion, however, after reviewing all details with each party listed above during our phone conference, I can honestly state there is a clear disagreement of whether the first dance song was verbally revealed to you by our DJ, or if it was visually read off of our paperwork while reviewing early evening details with the wedding party prior to the grand entranceAs your DJ service provider, Allegro executed the agenda according to plan; playing every specified song request, making each listed announcement, and following through with all details indicated within the contractPer our conversation, I am happy to hear you enjoyed the lighting upgrade I offered to you at no cost, because uplighting is beautiful, and I'm glad it added a nice ambiance to the evening On behalf of the entire Allegro Staff, congratulations again as we wish you and your husband all the happiness and many blessings in your married life!
