We are sorry for any inconveniance this may have caused We dont take deposits over the phone due to the security risk it creates for the customer and there credit card information Therefore we operate off of a first come first serve bases While the customer was making his long drive in another customer bought the unit We have over sales people and the salesman mentioned here had no idea it had been sold And was indeed disapointed himslef because he lost a personal sale
