Mr*** *** purchased his Showcase windows over years ago. Allen & Allen Company is not responsible for any warranty associated with the Showcase windows purchased. The Warranty is covered through the window manufacturer - Showcase Custom Vinyl Windows and
Doors Main Office, Showroom, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***. Allen & Allen Company is no longer associated with Showcase Windows and Doors and has no official standing with the company. A service request for Mr*** has been submitted to Showcase as of 12/2/2014. Showcase will determine if the windows are covered under their warranty. If they determine that the windows are covered under their warranty, then they will be responsible for making good on their representation of their product and their warranty.Sincerely,*** ***Allen & Allen Company
