I started my communications with both [redacted] and [redacted] by phone the day D&D started the work in July as there were so many discrepancies. But since the main problem in the beginning was lack of communication between what [redacted] told us D&D was going to do and what the installer was told to do by D&D and after phone calls without feeling like I was being heard or helped, I opted for e-mail so I would have a record of telling D&D about my issues/concerns.

I received your response back from the Revdex.com. I am keeping in touch with them to be sure that we are in compliance with our agreement with the Revdex.com.
All of the concerns you mentioned will be addressed in our "re-do" of the areas
