Response: Mrs*** purchased an Corvette from us on 5/17/with a day/mile powertrain warrantyShe contacted me with an issue that the unit was having with the A/C and a security door lock/unlocking issueWe have fixed this unit to GM standards by putting a new compressor on the unit and recharging the linesThe door lock/unlock issue with the security system was taken care of by our local GM store by putting a new switch on the passenger side doorThe HUD system that was not working as well was taken care of as well by exchanging the part outThankyou! I do not agree to refund the tax, title, and registration fees for the state of IllinoisTax, title, and registration fees are not a profit center for *** Auto SalesWe do not charge tax, we only collect itFurthermore, in Mr***’s case, we did not collect any tax, title, or registration fees on either of his vehicle transactionsI understand his frustration with the tax, title, and registration fees however I feel that the frustration needs to be directed at the state of Illinois and not at *** Auto Sales as that is something that I have no control over

This is not what I'm willing to accept. The corvette was returned but STILL not in proper condition. The air belt is still making a racket, the glove box still broke, *one of the main concerns. I've completely had it with this car lot and these liarsI've owned that corvette since may 17, 2016, I've made car payments on it, HOWEVER, it's been in the repair shop at their lot most this time. I may have had it at my home, weeks tops. They gave me days, no questions asked to decide what I wanted fixed, but part of that, *** was on vacation and couldn't get it in their shop to be fixed. Further, these are problems a true GM dealer should address, not a shade tree mechanic. they are not GM dealers! They do not want to lend me a decent vehicle while they work on mine and I'm stomping mad!! I feel like they are trying to sugar coat this and is not fair, at all. They kept it weeks this go round and is STILL NOT FIXED. It's driving me so crazy I can't rest because I KNOW it will tear up again. What a den of crooks! !! They would not even set me up with the extra bumper to bumper extended warranty that I could purchase because they are hope I will just forget about it and I'M NOT EVER GONNA DO THAT! !! I am poor, but considering the facts of my health, I think I should have something reliable and my Corvette is still not rightI love love love the idea that I bought a corvette, but, they are trying to get over on me because in disabled and they think I don't know any better, it's DisqustingI feel the discrimination with these people all over the place I am who I am, your approval is not wanted or needed!

 I do accept the $250 for the key, $60 for alarm, $80 for door actuator.Thank You
I feel entitled for the $500  shorted on the first car 2004 Chrysler Crossfire that I purchased in CASH for $10000. This did NOT include tax, title or registration bill of sale and copies of ALL my checks to the DMV prove that
Also I did purchase a 2001 Chevy Corvette for $18900. I had [redacted] tack on an extra $4000 to pay off my mower to off set an extra payment. I had an open line of credit through [redacted] MY BANK did NOT go through any bank but my own. After losing $500 on the the trade in of the Crossfire and me personally tacking on $4000 per bill of sale brought the Corvette to $13400 which is NOT and I quote per Allens Auto Sale Paducah Ky "valued for twice as much money" unquote also with NO tax title or registration per bill of sale and personal checks that I have. 
I will accept $120 to the Secretary of state for license transfer.
I will accept $563 to ill Department of Revenue taxes on 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. I DID NOT get credit Per [redacted] Illinois  DMV and copies of checks.
I DID pay $588 on 6-24-15 on the Chevy Corvette again to the Department of Revenue again Taxes per [redacted] Illinois  DMV and copy of checks.
 I do accept the $250 for the key, $60 for alarm, $80 for door actuator
Shorted $500 for 2004 Chrysler Crossfire that I returned in better condition and paying $10000 cash for.
$120 to transfer registration I failed to mention I all take the hit for 2 titles which was $243 have copy of check from Illinois
$563 on the 2004 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE TAXES per the state of Illinois. . For 2001 Chevy Corvette I paid $588 in TAXES per law have copy of check.
Total $1543
Again Allen's Auto Sales clearly are saying and admitting I got or getting tax credit is not accurate that alone can not be disputed. 
If any documents are needed I can summit them. thank you

misunderstanding for Ms. [redacted]
