I am writing in response to your customer contact ID# [redacted] I was in contact with Ms [redacted] on the morning of January I was able to open the washer and finish washing and drying her clothes, which she picked up later that day I also sent her a $gift card Per my discussions with Ms [redacted] , I was able to express to her how sorry we are for the inconvenience this situation has caused her and how much we appreciate her business She expressed she was satisfied with the response and gift cardOur professional repair team does its best to regularly perform preventative maintenance on all machines, but unfortunately malfunctions happen from time to time We also have two ways for our customers to communicate with us, either via phone or email Unfortunately, at that time both of those methods were working intermittently We had been monitoring the repairs done by our internet provider to these systems and were assured on several occasions that these issues had been fixed, but clearly that was not the case We have a new internet provider installation to be done this FridayThank you for your attention to this matter and please contact me if you have any further questions
