We purchased our new construction home on 3/17/17, and at the time there were still many unfinished items that were part of the purchase price of the homeAdditionally, there were many agreed to punch list & inspection items that were incompleteTo date, the vast majority of these items and other issues, have not been finished or repairedDuring the purchase, $7,was held back in Escrow due to unfinished landscape and exterior paintThese also have not been entirely completed
Since our purchase date, we have contacted the builder & site manager multiple times regarding when the unfinished, inspection, punch list, and faulty items will be completed/fixedFor the most part they have either been completely unresponsive, unwilling to resolve the issues, or have caused new damage during any work attemptedSome repairs we’ve had to do ourselves due to the urgency of the item (for example, redrilling the backdoor since it would not lock, and the septic tank not being turn
