I talked to Hector and Kelly when I initially made a complaint months ago I have not heard from these two individuals since The window has been reordered at least times The window was not put in on 6/and still is not inWindow had to be reordered due to employee ordering the wrong size after coming to my home to measure I have recently talked to supervisor (Esequiel) last week I scheduled date for this past Monday for window and siding replacement however, rained every day this weekI'm now scheduled for next Monday for window and siding Restor still has not said when they will be scheduling the completion of the remaining items in my complaint which are down spouts, chimney vent, mailbox post and vinyl trim In fact, supervisor was unaware of these itemsThe scope that given to this company is not being followed and it should not has taken almost a year by 6/Insurance company has not held up money for this longI can not call inspector for inspection of work until window and sliding had been completedProduct manager (Hector ) stated that they would done after window and siding are completed What is going on!!

I have attempted to contact *** *** twice by telephone and once by emailI was able to locate the address listed on this complaint in our system, but not the customer's nameWe have this address listed to a different owner by the name of ***The project was finished on October 5th, I

and gutters only. All other trades were deducted from his invoice. I offered to give them names of paint companies as well as a window company to call. Mr. [redacted] was given copies of all paperwork. We work for insurance proceeds. If the initial estimate from the insurance company is missing items required by IN code for that particular county we will file a supplement and ask them to pay it. Richard J[redacted]s met with Mr. [redacted]'s adjuster and items...

were added as they are needed to make sure during the winter months that there are no ice dams or weather related issues. The homeowner's remaining balance is part of his insurance deductible. We do not cover people's deductibles and it is clearly written in his Nationwide insurance policy that that is his responsibility to pay. He phoned our office stating he would be making payments on the last $500 + dollars he owes and was told by myself we do not do payment plans. We expect payment in full no later than 30 days after completion. He cursed at me and told me to do what I needed to do. A 5 day lien letter was placed in the mail today, should we not receive payment in full within 5 business days a lien will be placed on his home and a small claim filed. He absolutly by law owes the rest of his deductible. The work he received from us is not in question and he has no issues other than simply not wanting to pay his bill.

I would again refer to the scope of work I originally attached to this complaint. We were never supposed to do the additional work that Mr. [redacted] has filed his complaint about. All items were deducted from his invoice and refunded back to him. We do not complete trades we were not contracted to do. In the above email Clint S[redacted] provided direct numbers of some vendors that Restor refers work to when the trades come in our office. Mr. [redacted] was upset at the wait on those trades. Restor cannot make another contractor take on, finish, or schedule work in front of other existing customers those vendors may already have waiting. Mr. [redacted] was refunded in full, he is paid in full with Restor and we will continue to warranty all trades we completed.

Again, failure to realize why we gave them our business - to fix all repairs to the house. I would be glad to attach emails. They did the expensive part of job they wanted (the roof) and bailed out. Hey [redacted], What else is remaining on the scope of repairs? Or it may be easier to tell me what has been completed...gutters and downspouts usually are completed by separate crews than the roof and are scheduled soon after the roof is completed.
