Well....Well...Well....just read the previous complaint and now that answers a lot of questions for me. The WIFE IS THE MISERABLE person sitting at that desk and answering calls on Speaker Phone!!!!!
I called to reschedule an appt, NOT CANCEL and the [redacted] woman on the other end of the line was telling me that I will be charged a cancellation fee. I said, ma'am - my daughter's summer camp JUST rescheduled the time of their field trip as I dropped her off -- how was I to give 24hr notice that I wasn't going to make it to today's appt? SMDH ....she said, well, "you're canceling this appt to make another one" - I said I am RESCHEDULING not CANCELING. She told me I signed the policy --- then she goes on to tell me that I have done this b'4 on several occasions within the 24hr window. I said absolutely not....I have only had one filling and one cleaning at their office. I then said," can you please have the dentist call me?" Now that I know she is the wife of the Dentist, I wonder if I will ever get a call back......all while I insisted that I had a dental question. All I have to say is that he was a great dentist, but she is driving his business right into the ground! Nothing pleasant about her at all and she is extremely rude. No wonder she works with her husband, I can't see anyone else hiring her to work at a front desk of any other business. I refuse to return and I will be writing reviews on every social site about this horrific business practice and someone not knowing the difference btw a cancellation and needing to be rescheduled. Oh, and did I mention she was giggling on the line as if this was a joke? Just so unprofessional and miserable.
