7/8/15 I asked the person at the business ([redacted]) for a return on my vehicle. This was based upon the MA lemon law which states that failure to repair within 11 business days gives me the right to a return. He initially refused my request and stated that he would get back to me which he never did. We have not had any contact to resolve the issue, so I do not know why he would provide that response to the Revdex.com. There are also other issues such as the business never providing me a written warranty, which is also in the MA lemon law. I just want to get my money back and go our separate ways. Thanks,[redacted]
We have worked this out with our customer. Part came in. We just scheduled an appointment with him two days ago to go out and put the part in.
