Hello,My issue with the business' response is that it is not trueThe business response states that the issue has been resolvedThis is not the caseOn 7/8/I asked the person at the business (***) for a return on my vehicleThis was based upon the MA lemon law which states that failure to repair within business days gives me the right to a returnHe initially refused my request and stated that he would get back to me which he never didWe have not had any contact to resolve the issue, so I do not know why he would provide that response to the Revdex.comThere are also other issues such as the business never providing me a written warranty, which is also in the MA lemon lawI just want to get my money back and go our separate waysThanks, [redacted]
