I was a tenant and gave a 60-day notice to break my lease after about 30-days there was an incident w/another tenant verbally threating my daughter and was told that this wasn't there issue and another incident were I had a tenant arrested for gross and lewd conduct on my 14yr old daughter, after informing the management office, I was informed that they could not contact the owner of the townhome as to them not having any information on himAnd pretty much there was nothing they can doAfter several calls in the year that I was there [redacted] the manager told me that nothing in my townhome can be fixed unless no one was homeThat made me question why they couldn't send maintenance while I was thereAnother incident was my townhome was wide open with the office keys in my door and no one knew how they got thereAnd yet they are charging me over $11,for a broken leaseRidiculous
I am an Active Duty Air Force member. The reasons that I chose to rent at this location is because I am buying a home and they offered a 6 month leasing option which is pore to for the closing on the house. I have been completely dissatisfied with the customer service of this property. I had to call several times to check the status of my application after expressing the sense of urgency. I also was not provided a welcome package detailing which utility companies to contact to get the power, gas, etc turned on. I had to stay in a hotel for 5 extra days due to the utilities not being able to be turned. When asked to be reimbursed for the cost I was told that it was my responsibility and that they would not consider reimbursement although I had to ask for the contact information. When I moved into the property the discrepancies that I noted during my walk through had not been fixed and to date they are still not completely fixed. The lack of customer service is horrendous.
