We would like to remind that UGL certification was provided as a certification for a finished jewelry product and all members at UGL are certified by G.I.A as gemologist and/or diamond graduates. We do not carry any finished jewelry with G.I.A certification nor do we sell gold coins or bars. We sell finished jewelry, loose diamonds and watches, so we are not able to exchange your bracelet for a gold coin or bar.All of our finished jewelry is UGL certified. What we are willing to do is exchange for you with a loose diamonds with G.I.A certification or exchange with any finished jewelry that you like or exchange with any watches that you like

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I only purchased the bracelet after you assured that you would provide me GIA certificate. You never mentioned about UGL certification at that time.I wanted to buy a certified diamond bracelet and not any other item at the store. I am willing to take my bracelet if you provide GIA certification or else I can take 24 k gold American eagle coins or bars.

Review: on 11/**/13 went into the store located at [redacted]Broadway that I now find that is affliated with the store at [redacted]
that have different names to determine who is responsible. I picked out a diamond ring that was for $1,800.00
and told two males at that time one short male short hair and one other male both carcasians second very heavy set
they negotiated with me and gave me the ring for $800.00, I paid cash. I later went back into the store after going to
a [redacted] shop up in Harlem on [redacted] and tried to get at least $500.00 and was told that the ring is only worth
$200.00. I took the $200.00 that I can prove because I had an emergency and needed funds I went back to the store
about 2 weeks later and said to them that I pawned the ring for the $200.00 and was told it was not a diamond
I asked for my money back because although the negotiated with me the diamond was marked for !,800.00
price tag on the ring#[redacted] the short male in the store replaced by a younger male name jack tried to make
reason and I said I just want my money back. so ck, is the initials who signed for the ring exchanged the ring
on 12/[redacted]/13 I went and had this ring appraised and was told by [redacted] shop on [redacted]
were I have bought jewelry from and never had a problem told me yesterday that this exchanged ring is only
worth $200.00 now on 12/**/13 I called and the man refuse to give me his name but later I found out that it was
the male with the initial ck, well he reconized my voice and said come into the store I will try to help you again
at this point I dont want anymore dealings or business with ck, he asked jack a young male to take me over to
Macy's were it was said that know apprasial is in the store Macys no longer do apprasials. so I then told Jack
I would be back to the store I went to another store by the name of Jewelry Pactch blocks away was told by a male
carcasian that the ring is worth $500.00 but he would have to take the diamond out because they was so small and
give me a real estimate. personally I think they are selling fake diamonds. I called the police badge numbers
**and [redacted]officer Levinsky and officer buck. they came to the store and gave me the tax identification on
the wall which is# [redacted]I asked if they could at least give me $600.00 because I spent $800.00 from the
negotiation of $1,800.00 they refused and then I asked could they at least give me $500.00 still refuse even with
the police presents one of the officers asked ck, why would you take a 1,000. off a ring if it is a good product he
could not say anything for my anquish I want my money back for the amount of $800 dollars.Desired Settlement: Please, return me money and I will return the ring that they claim to be a diamond to avoid
me going to the federal bureau of investigation and report that they are selling bad diamonds
and is some how affiliated with Macys.
