Financing is done by a third party not Cowboy Maloney's.Customer will have to contact the finance company to resolve that issue .As for the product,if the part is on back order for an extended period of time they can return it and select another product.Note the unit was purchased "as is" at a discounted priceNo guarantee that another one at same price will be available

Spoke with customer and informed her we do not match internet pricing,special purchases, or limited quanties of advertised merchandise----WAlmart used as lost leader and had no inventory available which is why customer came to us in first place-----customer posting this complaint was not EVEN IN TOWN---SENT SOMEONE ELSE IN HER PLACE-----complaint not valid or credible-----if we would have advertised this model we would have had inventory to sell----CUSTOMER NEEDS TO TAKE THIS COMPLAINT UP WITH WALMART WHO ADVERTISED THIS PRODUCT NOT COWBOY MALONEY'S

We were at the store on Saturday, August 15th , We are planning a kitchen remodel and wanted to stop in and look at appliancesWe were told at the front door that no sales person was in store that could help us because we are planning a remodelI feel like a good sales person could have at least showed us around and answered some questions about the appliances Instead they stood around and talked and laughedDid I mention we were the only customers in the store the entire timeWe looked a one stove that had greased all over itand one frighad food all in itthe store was so hot you were very uncomfortable just lookingI will never shop at this store again

I am rejecting the response by Cowboy Maloney's, because it doesn't matter if I sent someone else to the storeIt was an advertised price for a tv in the store on Thursday and FridayWe called ahead to make sure they would match the price instead of going to walmartI could have gone to walmart, but I was trying to shop with a smaller Mississippi owned business and avoid walmartI was told when we called that they would match the black Friday price if it was the same model of tv, and it was the sameI wouldn't have a problem except they just keep making excusses why they are not backing up their advertised guaranteeThey need to change how they advertise to the public if they aren't going to go by itMr [redacted] is just assuming that Walmart didn't have them stock Clinton Walmart (the Walmart generally use) had of the tv to sell for black Friday I haven't gone and poled the other walmarts in area to get an exact number of TVs that were in store on black Friday But his advertised guarantee didn't say I needed to; It just stated it will match a priceAnd again I CALLED and CONFIRMED that they WOULD MATCH BLACK FRIDAY PRICES! "days same as cash" bait and switch Just a "heads up" to all consumersI was offered a days same as cash "in house" As it was described it seemed like a good dealNo credit check was good as I was refinancing a homeTotally misrepresented in everywayI went to pay my first payment and was informed I could only pay a small amount and only on one specific day of the monthNo other timeThen when I was asked "how often I got paid?" I was informed since I got paid BI Monthly I would be "allowed" to make two payments each month on the 1st and 15th only during the first days of the days, but not the final monthOnly one in the final month allowed on the first day of the month However, I would be told specifically the amount allowed to be paid only on that day Also, the price included a 12% mark up for being in the "program"Any payoff at the end of the days would include this no matter whatSo you have one day at the day mark to pay the entire balance or it "reverts" to a much higher total sale price (above the surcharge) with multiple months at an unknown interest rate This unknown amount was not providedThey charge you the interest up front and will not let you pay The bottom line is you pay a down payment and the amount paid in the days is the surchargeThen you have to pay the entire amount that is very close to the exact amount you would have paid had you paid cashConveniently, they have a very high interest rate plan for youIt is beyond unethical it is fraudCowboys you lost a good customerI could not be more disappointed I was takenIt is embarrassing for sure.I thought this was a different type of organization Cowboy's response so far is" not our company they are just "in our stores"But, your sales personnel tell people same as cashThis is to prey on our weakest consumersEvery stereotype fulfilled regarding business and vulnerable consumersAnd I'm sad to say gullible folks like meI share this embarrassing situation for one purpose to help any consumer faced with this fraudTrust me local does not mean honest

Below is a copy of Cowboy Maloney's Electric City's mirror-plus pricing policy. Their policy is false, because they are not standing behind it. This is clearly a advertisement on their part.
1. It states that they will not be undersold by any of their competitors. Walmart is one of their competitors. 2. It states I will never pay more on an identical merchandise carried by the competitor. The TV they stock is identical to the one that Walmart has.3. They were called and asked if they match Black Friday sales. They say they do match if it is the same model, and it was the same4. Their misleading mirror-plus policy is not a Walmart issue. It is a Cowboy Maloney issue. I received a call from the Cowboy Maloney manager Met with him today and they gave me credit for what I paid towards a different refrigerator This ordeal has been a nightmare dealing with the warranty companyI'm very grateful for *** at Cowboy Maloney's helping to resolve this issue I hope to have my new, working refrigerator by Saturday morning I cannot say ANYTHiNG nice about the warranty company Their customer service is awful and you cannot get a clear answer or helpI hope Cowboy Maloney's can find a new warranty service to use since they sell these policies

As it was described it seemed like a good deal. No credit check was good as I was refinancing a home. Totally misrepresented in everyway.
