Allen Mello Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Reviews (4)

I went to Allen Mello Dodge because I received a coupon check for $cash toward the purchase of a new vehicle I had purchased new vehicles from them previously After minutes and speaking with sales people, I was told the coupon really meant I would be receiving a $Walmart card but they really had run out so I was offered a soda and piece of pizza They ended up offering me $20,for my trade which was a Nissan Frontier Crew Cab loaded with 9,miles This below auction price Let's say I walked and won't be back to that dealership ever They are scam artists The salesman I spoke to was Drew

Dealership sold me a Jeep Compass with miles on it and the car was full of moldIn the 1/months that I owned it, I only had the car in my possession for days! They replaced quite a few things in the interior and attempted to clean the inside numerous times but since they could not get rid of all of the mold or the disgusting smell they left me no choice but to trade it in and buy a Compass, costing me thousands more than I had available to spendI also looked on their website today and they are reselling the car! Some poor person is going to unknowingly buy a car full of mold just like I didJust goes to show the ethic and morale of this company and all they care about is their moneyI will not be doing business with Allen M [redacted] again and I will be sure my friends and family do not either

Bus supply repaired my travel trailer two years ago after a hail storm After more than eight weeks they called and told me it was ready I arrived to pick it up the next day and all the inside trim was still offI had to come back two more times before it was "repaired" I got it home and it leaked when it rained I had to take it back a couple of times to get this fixed" ( I still ended up with water damage but according to the service department that wasn't their fault.) My camper is used probably about six times per year and is well maintained Coming home from a short trip (less than miles) a month ago, while driving mph, the diamond plate on the front of my camper flew off I didn't hit anything, the wind wasn't blowing hard and there weren't any big bumps It just flew off Feeling confident that Bus Supply would make this right, I took it back to them The service manager said: "No, that's WEAR AND TEAR and not our fault." We can repair it for $ To give Bus Supply the benefit of the doubt, I called several other Camper Service Centers Every one said that they had never seen or heard of this happening Conclusion: It wasn't attached correctly to begin with I'm very disappointed in Bus Supply I try to use local businesses when I can, but after repeated bad service, I will never patronize this establishment again I'll have to drive at least miles to reach an alternate vendor but I won't waste effort, time or money on Bus Supply again

As you can see from the rest of the comments here, this is one of the worst dealerships out there Not only did I get ripped off on the price of the car I bought, I was also ripped off on my trade-in Unfortunately, I let myself be talked into a sales pitch and walked away with the most expensive poor decision I have ever made To this day, I'm still confused at what actually happened here I remember someone telling me not to go here I should have listened! I purchased a Dodge Dart GT in May of with them, and within the first week, found that with the driver's seat completely lowered, my head would constantly hit the roof of my car Every time I hit a bump, this happens(I'm 5'7", this should not be an issue, and now hears later, I am VERY irritated) I reached out to the sales guy, Tony, who sold it to me within five days of purchase to return the car and never heard from him Ever I reached out again, and no reply I wanted get my car back and get rid of this piece of [redacted] he sold me I saw my car still listed on their website, so logically, my purchase was within the "day" period, I wanted to return it and get my trade in back He never replied and I still have an "I owe you" for a door door ding to be repaired on my new car I brought it into the service department to be fixed, and they fixed the wrong imperfection! So not only was there an imperfection that I wanted fixed on my brand new car, there was a second that I had missed! Tony was pushy, sales-y, and I fell for it I tried to get my car back within days, and he never replied I'm now stuck with a piece of [redacted] car that has a dead battery at 16,miles, nobody can fix it before I need to work again because "they don't have time, sorry" It's covered under the bumper to bumper warranty! In trying to trade it in, I can't It lost so much value over the course of years it makes me sick I purchased it for $26,and it is now worth $12,in trade in for excellent condition Now I'm stuck bruising the top of my head for the next years at least until it's paid off and I can buy from a reputable dealership I am so beyond upset that I ever made the mistake of setting foot in this dealership Please be cautious of purchasing a vehicle with these people They will rip you off, ignore any complaint, and not honor a return policy
