I used them and found that they were horrible. The movers got there early and while loading the truck dropped the foot board to brand new king bed and busted it to pieces. They scratched the whole front of my hutch that I've moved many times without ever a scratch. They took a big chunk out of the dresser in 2nd bedroom on the top so in plain view, scratched up the whole top side of my washing machine and dented my dryer. I've been finding multiple other issues since this move. Finally got a check from Mr *** for $186 dollars telling me it's all I could get I spent over a $1000 dollars for the bed frame they tore up. Don't sign or initial the contract without reading it. The don't tell you they can only pay you 60 cents per pound for the items they DESTROY.....the movers never even used any blankets to cover up my stuff just stuck in truck then coming the highway they would only drive 55 mph in a 70 mph zone (we had an hour drive to new place) and decided to take a 45 minute break (and charge me for it) they do what they can to get every penny they can from you and expect you to like them tearing up all your stuff. THIS IS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....*** IS RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS. I'm determined to find out who his boss is and let them know just how he treats customers.....
You would think moving to a new house would be a great experience but it turned out to be a nightmare. $3000.00 dollars or more in damages and I get a check for $186 dollars....WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS.....BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM. I will be filing with the Revdex.com to insure they know what a horrible person *** is and his crew. I've already contacted the TxDot for moving companies they are looking into this for me.

The movers did not drop the foot board. While the loader was pad wrapping and stacking, it blew out of the truck. The bill of lading is standard for Texas intra-state moves.
In accordance with the level of valuation you selected for your shipment and the regulations that govern the moving industry, we are prohibited from paying any sum in excess of our legal liability, which in this instance has been established at 60 cents per pound per article. I regret you had a bad experience.
the movers left the foot board on the back of truck unattended 2 movers in the house and the other sitting on my commode. so they left it unattended and allowed it to be blown out of the truck. so there for your fault. You should advise customers of this 60 cents per pound before the start moving anything. they just shove a piece of paper in your face and tell you if you don't sign they don't move....the person that runs this shop is an absolute i
t and does not care about anyone's belongings. I will never give any good information about this company it will always be the worst company out there. *** is a liar and a THIEF. if you don't believe me read the comments out there about them I wish I had. I have to buy a new bed, have my hutch fixed, and now we find out the dryer is broken and I will have to replace it also, and yes it was jarred around so much on the move it can't be fixed. So he can spout off all the bull he wants. It still boils down to *** IS A BAD PERSON STAY AWAY...EVEN HIS EMPLOYEES TOLD ME HE WAS CHEAP AND WOULD NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING. HE DOES IT ALL THE TIME.
You are lying. I am sorry you are not happy, but what you are saying about me is not true. You should read before you sign. You could have purchased additional coverage, but declined. There is nothing I can legally do for you at this point. I understand your frustration, but you are slandering me. That is not right.
If you read all reviews about this company you will find no one has told any lies other than ***. Even his employees told me he was cheap and wouldn't do anything about the damages. He should make his employees tell you about that information instead of sticking it in your face and telling you if you don't sign it they won't load anything. So again, no one has lied but ***..

Look at all the good ones. No way to make everyone happy. A lot of folks do not understand the rules and regulations and get mad when they are denied something they are lawfully not entitled to. You are one of those folks. I have been in this business for 34 years and have a great reputation. You are just trying to smear me, because you do not understand.
