Our records show that you have had two completed service calls and currently have an open service call with us Within those three service calls we have made several visits to your home at the request of the manufacturer (Electrolux) and the extended service contract holder (NSI Warrantech)
While there is not a lemon law to prevent appliances from needing excessive technical repair, your extended service contract does have a lemon clause, which states that after a four service call has been initiated a diagnosis has occurred that they will move to replace the product Should you desire more information regarding that clause, I would be happy to seek the fine print out of the contract for/with you
It is still possible that this refrigerator is replaced by the manufacturer or the extended service contract holder during the current service incident, but the requirement from the manufacturer and extended service contract holder is to repair/replace part/parts
I also understand that we have had staff reach out to both the manufacturer and the extended service contract holder on your behalf asking for replacement, but the requests were denied
Our service manager, Taryn B*** would be your primary point of contact She is very good at what she does, and while the manufacturer and extended service contract holder will make decisions, she can help navigate through them I know she was tracking a part today, and is currently awaiting it's status
I'm sorry that you've had trouble with this refrigerator We strive to sell quality products, and desire to help when something goes wrong I'm certain that you will end up with a functional refrigerator or a replacement refrigerator as this process is navigated

I'm so sorry to hear of your frustration with us.  We strive to provide customers with a good experience and work hard to find adequate resolution when something goes wrong.  While I understand the damaged door is being replaced today, I recognize that it has taken longer than...

one would expect given the two previous replacement doors arrived damaged.  Despite your requested resolution being fulfilled, would there be anything else I can do to positively effect your overall experience with us?
