On November 9, 2015 Allen Plumbing came over to fix a problem with one of my toilets that started plugging up recently. I had to use an auger aka "snake" to unplug the toilet about once a week. It was usually when one of the women in the house used the toilet and used too much toilet paper. After 20-30 minutes the plumber said that there was something in the toilet that was most likely causing the problem. He said he needed to remove the toilet to get to the object, however he said he had another job to go to and asked if he could come by later, maybe two to three days later. He said he would tell his boss that I agreed for someone to come by later and that there was something in the toilet that was causing the problem.I never heard from them again regarding coming back to finish the job.Two weeks later on Nov. 23, 2015 Savage and Son plumbing came over and after 20 minutes or so the plumber said that there was something in the toilet that was causing the problem with the toilet to not flush properly. He had time to finish the job unlike Allen Plumbing and he removed the toilet and found a ball point pen wedge in the toilet that was keeping the toilet paper from going down after each flush and he removed it. He was there for two hours and I have never had a problem with the toilet again. I finally heard from Allen Plumbing when I got a bill from them for $89.00 stating that they could not remove the object from the toilet and they recommend that they could install a commercial toilet that could handle high volume usage.Account_Number:[redacted]Desired SettlementNo charge for them coming over and leaving in 30 minutes because they had a more important job to take care of.
