This customer was under the impression we replaced a plugThe Repair Order indicates we moved the plug to a different cylinder as well as moving a coil and an injectorWe indicated it stopped misfiring and if it came back, we would be able to tell what the problem was by seeing what cylinder it went toThe customer then replaced all the plugs himself and as far as we know this corrected the problem He was also concerned we disabled the computer to prevent them from knowing if there was a problem I told him I would be happy to schedule an appointment, disconnect a coil to create a misfire, and then scan it to show the code and also to set the light off, then erase it all when he was satisfied He said he would check with his wife and see if she wanted to do thatHe also agreed maybe it was a miscommunication If their are any other issues that arise please let the customer know to contact me [redacted] General Manager Allen Samuels DCJRF [redacted]
