I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I was sent a copy of my transcript, but it was completely unprofessional and unacceptable for official use. The transcript was not centered on the paper and lacked vital information about Allen School. I was told by Ms Elizabeth B[redacted] that an official transcript would be resent, but I am still waiting.

I received additional correspondence on this complaint. Complainant keeps telling people this is resolved and then complains again. We have sent her multiple official transcripts- we have never had a problem with anyone not accepting our official transcripts in 54 years in business (but for some reason she has not been satisfied with how they look to her). Here is a screen shot of an email from her today stating that she received the transcript: (Please let me know that this email was received and if you need anything else from me- thanks)

Allen School actually sent the same unprofessional transcript as before. The transcript contained no school logo or watermark, and it did not contain contact information from the school. The transcript is the most unprofessional looking document that me, my husband, or social media has ever seen. We plan on publishing both of these documents on various social media blogs and web sites...geez!!

Review: I graduated from Allen School's online Medical Billing and Coding program April **, 2014, and have been trying since that time to get a formal transcript them. My first attempt was April **, 2014 when I emailed Ms. Tania N[redacted] Registar at Allen School. I was sent a temporary or partial transcript. On January **, 2015 I emailed Ms. N[redacted] again, and this time she told me to contact Mr. G[redacted], Manager of Student Services at Allen School. I contacted David G[redacted] on 3/**/2015 and his reply was to contact a faculty member for my grades. On 7/**/2015 I contacted Ms. Tania N[redacted] again and I also contacted Ms. Elizabeth B[redacted] who is a faculty member at Allen School. None of these people were helpful in getting me my official transcript or connecting me with a school employee or representative that could.. They just kept running me in to a never ending circle in which there was no end in sight.Desired Settlement: Please remit my official school transcript to which earned, paid for, and am entitled to. Mail the transcript to:
