They are very unprofessional! They did a lousy job and even threatened us.

Review: Last year my neighbor had a 30ft section of fencing and trim-work installed. Since the fencing material was of good quality and the installation was quick, straight, and level I decided that I would use the same company and fencing. I signed a detailed contract that is marked (paid in full). The contract states that they would remove the 12 sections of old fence and posts and take it away. Install 12 new posts, 12 sections of 6X8 fence with trim. Install a double gate, hardware,and wheels (for support so the gates do not sag ). It also states...."ONE DAY TO COMPLETE WORK". For the price of $2,000.00 with a deposit of $1,200.00 "material deposit" and an $800.00 balance upon completion of work. The PROBLEM that I am having is thatOn 5/15/2014 they were paid in full with a start date of 10 days later. The material didnt show up till 6/25/2014 They came back on 7/9/2014 and did only the back 5 sections of fencing on that date. They didnt come back till 7/22/2014 to tear down the rest of the fencing but only install another 4 sections of fencing and left a massive opening in the fence and the neighbor's 5yr old daughter wandered in and climbed into my hottub and almost drowned. Then they returned on 8/22/2014 to install another 2 sections and the gates. it wasnt until 8/31/2014 that they returned to put the final section of fencing us and they haven't been back since. The materials are the worst I have ever seen. The wood fence is termite eaten, moldy, mildewed, cracked, split, filled with rotting knot holes, chunks of wood missing from the fence sections. The fence post and sections are unevenly installed,and the posts that were installed in the blacktop were not properly filled back in. They didnt replace the blacktop. They left the old fencing piled up in my yard and now I have rats living in the pile creating a public health hazard. Especially since small children live next door. They left the old concrete and blacktop chunks in the driveway and didnt clean up the mess.Desired Settlement: Because of the unlevelness, termite damaged, chips, splits, mildew,as well as the large holes in the fence, the concrete, blacktop damage, and all the old fencing ,concrete, blacktop debris, and trash he left behind. The right gate post wasnt concreted in properly so he Lag Bolted it to my house damaging my special color ordered vinyl siding. I ask you to please have them to come back to remove the new fencing,posts, gates, hardware, and give me a full refund plus cost for repairing the damage.
