Novwe stopped at this dealership to have the transmission checked on our Sierra 2500HD truckWe are traveling across the country with our Lance camper on the truckWe explained what the transmission had been doingThe truck has an Allison transmission and has never given us one bit of trouble....so we knew something was wrongThe shop did a check on it for us....said the air and fuel filter needed replacement....but found nothing wrong with the transmissionThe bill was $We paid them and went on our waymiles down the road, we lost the entire transmission! Had the wrecker tow us into the dealership in Sulfar SpringsTransmission was a total loss, due to an overdrive failure, that could have been detected, if examined properlyCost to replace was $and two days down....all could have been avoided if Tillery had been more diligent with their inspection and not just dismiss the problem as being fuel relatedWhen we called then to complain ....all they said was "we're sorry"....did not even refund the cost of the transmission check...in fact argued with us about the charge $as being for the parts replacement...even though our invoice clearly states transmission workShame on them! Adding insult to injury! Yet another example of "Highway Robbery"!
