Review: We are a 6th Grade Graduation Committee consisting of four 6th grade parents. On June **, 2014, we were scheduled to bring our 70 students/faculty to a (fully funded by fundraising) class trip to [redacted]. We signed a Contract on May *, 2014 with Allen Tours, Inc. for two full-sized Charters to transport our children to their class trip. Also on May *, 2014, we provided a deposit of $400.00 By check dated June *, 2014, we paid the balance to Allen Tours of $1,600. That check cleared our account on June *, 2014. We paid Allen Tours a total of $2,000. On June [redacted], one of our parents spoke to and confirmed our buses for the next morning. She was also advised she would receive the bus driver's contact information via email that night, that information was never received. The buses were scheduled to be at our school at 7:00 a.m. on June **, 2014. Unfortunately, those buses NEVER showed up at our school. Numerous frantic calls were made and voicemails left to Allen Tours, to be met with total silence. By 10:00 a.m. that morning, we knew they were not coming, they did not call us, we had no other information than certain phone numbers which no one was answering, simply going to voicemail. We were able to get two last minutes school buses to us, not reaching Rocking Horse Ranch until 12:30 p.m., we were scheduled to arrive there at 8:30 a.m. We paid $6,000 for this class trip, and we lost half of our day as well. We have since made numerous calls, left voicemails and sent emails to them seeking a refund of our money. Finally, yesterday, I received one response from Allen Tours stating "my supervisor responded to you and said to read your contract.." I have read and reread our contract, nowhere does it state that if Allen Tours simply does not show up and does not provide their contracted services, they are entitled to keep our payment of $2,000. Its is simply absurd. We are fearful that we have become victims of fraud at this point. We respectfully request assistance in recovering the monies due and owing to us for Allen Tours' breach of contract. I have all materials to back up this complaint when requested including banking informatioin, call logs and emails.Desired Settlement: Our immediate desire is to receive the full refund of the monies paid to them in the amount of $2,000.. We did also lose 1/2 of a paid day at Rocking Horse Ranch due to their breach of contract. They not only harmed us financially, but they ruined our children's graduation trip.

Review: I booked a bus for a trip with this organization under this same name but using a Maryland Address we paid for the trip in full, and the company did not provide the services no contact and no refund issued except a email stating they cannot provide service and someone would call.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and for this bad service for this organization to be banned and not allowed to take advantage of consumers

Review: I hired Allen Tours, Inc. to provide us with Coach Bus Services on 05/**/2014. I received a quote of $2,600 from [redacted], who said he was [redacted] of Allen Tours, Inc.

On 03/**/2014, I met with [redacted] and I paid him a deposit in the amount $1,300 in the form of US Postal Money Orders. In late March of 2014, I began calling Allen Tours, Inc. to confirm the trip and no one responded to my phone calls.

On 05/**/2014, Allen Tours, Inc. did not show up as arranged. [redacted] failed to respond to my numerous phone calls and text messages asking him to refund the deposit that I gave him as he was a no-show. No one from Allen Tours, Inc. has gotten back to me or responded to my request for a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of $1,300 in the form of a certified check.
