When we looked at Mr [redacted] vehicle we did not see anything wrong with it at the timeHe was complaining that the axles was incorrect on his vehicle that we installed last yearHe has since put 20,miles on the vehicle and if the axles was incorrect it would not have driven off the lotHe was unhappy with us telling him we were not able to see anything wrong so we asked Austin Transmission, who is apart of the same association as us to take another look They replaced the bushing that Mr [redacted] wanted replaced at no costWe feel we were able to correct Mr [redacted] problem and we hope his vehicle is driving properly

The business has resolved the dispute

Dear Sir: We are sorry that Mr*** is having trouble with the engine of his truck. We did not work on his engine and we do not do engine repairs. We repaired his truck's transmission and replaced his radiator. It is not uncommon for a vehicle with almost 240,miles on
it to have other problems. If Mr*** is having a problem with the repairs we performed we would gladly honor our warranty and take care of it. Since we did not work on the engine the warranty does not cover it

We are sorry Mr*** is having trouble with his vehicle. We have inspected his transmission and determined that it prematurely failed from lack of cooling. Upon further examination we see where the heater core has been leaking coolant and has been
bypassed. This could cause the transmission to overheat. The radiator itself also appears to have over 200,miles on it and could also cause overheating and needs to be replaced. According to his warranty failure of either of these items would negate our responsibility, but , in fact, he is currently out of warranty both in time and mileage. At the time of his repair we checked the flow of the radiator and it was within guidelines. Even though Mr*** is out of warranty in both time and mileage, we offered him a return customer discount. At no time were we rude to Mr*** or secretive, but we do not give out employees' personal information

Not ten minutes after I got off the phone with Revdex.com, Austin Transmission called me and said to bring it into them.  I am not sure of the working relationship they have with Allen Transmission but I did take my vehicle to Austin. They got me in right away, fixed the problem and did not charge me....

They stated that it should have been fixed like this the first time.
