I purchased a new Chevy Camaro from Allen Turner Chevrolet on 11-15- I wanted the windows tinted and a backup camera installed plus paint protection in the out the door cost of the vehicle When the final deal was made, the paint protection plan at $ was to be taken care of by the Dealership The sales guy said we cannot do the window tint or camera installation themselves and referred me to an aftermarket company After contacting the aftermarket company, I began to feel uncomfortable with that company When I expressed to the Dealership I no longer wanted to use this Company, I was told repeatedly, " we are committed to that company" I was given no alternative and no assistance from the Dealership I felt forced to take my new car to this company I did not want to use The aftermarket company had poor management, poor communication and customer service and didn't even provide an itemized invoice To set the RECORD straight after given no alternative in using another company I asked had asked the Dealership to see if they could refund me and I will make my own arrangements The Dealership said I wanted to pocket the money, not TRUE I just wanted the B/S to stop! When I contacted the Dealership about my issues, during my complaint to corporate, the answers I kept getting was that this has nothing to do with Allen Turner Dealership But it did! All they had to do was give me an option to use a different company Plus, I could get no written documentation on my paint protection because they said, "you didn't purchase it, we gave it to you so we can't give you paperwork" During my corporate complaint conference call, the Dealership's representative told me "all new vehicles come with paint protection" Then why did the dealership try and sell me paint protection for $499.00?! Beware I have sent a Certified Letter to the General Manager on 12-15-and as of today 1-6-15, still no response I have documentation and witnesses to the above description Not one person from the dealership would hear me out and get the FACTS straight before passing judgment on me I have never had to deal with so much B/S on purchasing a new vehicle

My wife and I came in to look for a car to replace the one that had died, and we were met by Zia a very nice lady she made us feel very welcome and was very informativeEveryone made us feel very comfortable and the best part of this experience is that there were no pushy sales peopleWe came out on top because we got a decent car and a wonderful experience and all in one day
