I visited with Mr***, and we had a very pleasant visit. I offered, as is our standard, a complete 100% refund if he desired that course of action. We discussed the matter, and we agreed on a refund amount that he indicated he would be happy with. The matter was resolved to
Mr.***'s satisfaction. We have issued him a credit back on his credit card account. Mr*** indicated that he still wishes to do an estimate for some additional repairs/modifications at his home, and I took that to mean that he would be comfortable doing business with us in the future, bases on our response to this complaint- *** ***

To whom It May Concern,I called the company on 8/9/and asked if someone from the company could come out to my homeI felt like the company should be given a chance to address the issues we were having with the a/c systemI ask if they could be there around pm that way I could show them the systemThey did arrived at pm A company personal named *** and *** a techinspected the unitThey said they could fix the issues with my systemThey also found mistakes that was done by the other company that we called in the beginning to repair the inside unit. *** put in a new mother board plus made sure that the unit was level and working properlyHe and *** inspected my outside unit as wellThey stated that everything was working properly and corrected other issues with the entire system inside and outThey were very professional in performing the repairs and they listened to all my concerns with the systemMy girlfriend was very happy with the repairs and stated that they performed a professional and excellent job with the issuesIn closing Allen's A/C and Heating Company went over and beyond in addressing all my concerns and issues with my systemThey were professional in performing all repairsExcellent in the area of customer service with me and my girlfriendThey also refunded all monies that we paid to another companyOverall I would highly recommend Allen's to anyone needing a company who will go over and beyond in service and customer service as wellThank You

At Allen's we always strive for 100% client satisfaction. In fact, our guarantee is stated that way..."100% satisfaction or your money back". We urge clients to contact us first if there is an issue. We will resolve it immediately
We were not aware that Mr*** was unhappy with
our service until the Revdex.com notified us about it. Of course, immediately upon that notification, we contacted Mr***. We immediately agreed to send the $back on the sequencer, and we are allowing Mr*** to keep the sequencer. We were willing to send 100% of the money back, including the $diagnostic fee, but after our conversation, Mr*** agreed that he would still pay the diagnostic fee of $69, and mentioned that our technician was very nice. We would have handled the situation exactly the same had we been contacted first
The internet can be confusing when it comes to service pricing. Since we guarantee our repairs for FULL years, we use an upgraded level of quality parts, which costs more. And, of course, our repair pricing includes much more than just the maon the parts. It includes having a seasoned, diagnostic trained technician perform the installation of the part, including all of the technical testing & checking that should always go along with changing a part, and it includes us putting our 2-year warranty on the repair
