*** came in today this morningI explained the warranty claim process to her againWe also had a conversation about what I have been
going through so far and what needs to happen nextThe problem of the delay is with the distributor warehouseWe have been on the phone with the w/d about this but have been waiting for the outside sales rep to come here and p/u the part and paperwork to processToday I called the w/d again to speak with the GM he wasn't there so they gave me his cel # so we called and left a messageWe also called the outside rep on his phone as wellWithin minthe outside rep called and we finally got to talk about itHe says he will be here before noon tomorrow 6/3/Maybe now we can get the ball movingThis took months or more to actually get him out hereI do believe the part is covered under warranty from what I see but it has to be picked up and sent in to the manufacture to be analyzed then they will pay us if they see a defectAs far as the oxygen a/f sensors it was recommended due to the problems and mileage on the vehicleThe vehicle is operating with no problems as of today according to ***we will update *** after the rep picks up the part and paperwork for the claim
