vinyl flooring was purchased in January for the master bath, 2nd bath, and laundry room Within a month, in the 2nd bath, it was noticed that the flooring had small ridges that had developed in it I called Allens flooring and they came out and "corrected" the issue Within a few months, it was doing it again PLUS the laundry room had developed a spot that when it was stepped on sounded like egg shells crunching It also had a wave that developed in this same area I called Allens Flooring back and requested the owner to come out and look at the problem I had already had another company look at the issues and was advised the flooring was installed incorrectly
Allen came out and it was determined that the installlers did not install correctly and they would be out again to correct the issue Now, a few months later, we again have the same issues going on The vinyl was not replaced It was pulled back and then placed back down Now there are huge waves in the laund
