of our star technicians and don't understand why Mrs*** did not contact me directly to address her

been there and she did not answer nor return our calls
In response to the heating and air call: I found that on the day Sean came out it was rainingHe was
dispatched to the call because Mrs*** not only needed her A/C cleaned and inspected but she wanted
estimates on repairs vsreplacement for the unitA non-working system is a high priority callSean
went over her options for her but he also told her that he needed to reschedule Mrs*** to clean her
A/C unit on a different dayAt the time she was not happy about the prices and she declined to
rescheduleHer records indicate that we still owe her a cleaning on her A/C unitDebris build up in an
A/C unit varies at each propertyOur records indicate that we did clean her A/C unit over the last two

was called out because when Sean was working on the quote for Mrs*** he had heard running water
near the furnace*** came out and completed her full plumbing inspection, took photos of the leak
under the house, showed them to her and uploaded them to her digital fileUpon her approval he
made the necessary repairs and *** *** requested to keep the portion of pipe that was removed to

amount of water spraying out of the pipeAs to when the pipe was breached it is not clear but it

Because it is not accurate(1) *** told me that there was a considerable amount of water under the house, a statement that he offered as proof the leak was not a recent one and must be repaired immediatelyHe also stated that if I checked my utility bills, they would be proof the leak had been there too long already*** was the one who called attention to the leak, claiming to hear rushing water that neither *** nor I had noticedAs far the cleaning of the AC unit in previous years, I have *** statement to the contrary

Yes it is my understanding that *** brought attention to the leak under your home and thus prompted the visit by ***The pictures on your account does show a considerable amount of water rushing from the pipe, much like a water hose that is not properly attached spraying waterIf left this way, even only a half day, water will accumulateThere is no way of knowing when the leak occurred but if your utility bills show minimal change in water consumption then the leak was fairly recent
As for the statements from *** I cannot verifyI have records indicating that we serviced your unit, while you were home and you signed paperwork stating the same
I am sorry that this time you felt unsatisfiedAs stated previously, I would be happy to refund the unused portion of both service memberships

***, the plumbing technician, broke a ceramic wastebasket while inspecting the shut off valves to one of the toiletsHe also failed to install the under sink water filter with the required ground wire, which has resulted in electrical shocks when using the cold water in the kitchen
I will fax a copy of the *** letter describing the state of the air conditioning unit to Revdex.com
I did not accept the bid for repairs by All Klear because it was more than a $higher than the second highest bid of the bids I received before awarding the work to *** *** the All Klear HVAC technician, did not even have a complete diagnosis of the problem, so their final bill would have been even higher than the bid quote if Sean could even have got the unit workingHowever, I would not have considered All Klear after I saw the condition the unit had been left in for the previous years I was paying them to service, clean, and maintain it

In response to Mr***'s claim that the sink drain stoppage should be under warranty: We came out to the *** house on February 20, to correct a drain issue with their washer drainThey were in the process of remodeling and moving in
The technician had to replace the drain and hand dig the frozen ground and deal with rain under the deckHe also had to move the air conditioner and run a line to the main
We then went back in December (nine months later) because his kitchen sink was backing upThe technician told Mr*** that we would have to charge him for the callHe declined and said it was under warranty - which it wasn'tWe didn't work on the kitchen drain prior, it's not connected to the laundry drain at allWe cannot warranty stoppagesWe also cannot warranty areas that we did not work on
As far as the complaint on the technician, we get a lot of compliments on himHe's a big, jovial kind of guyWe are sorry that Mr*** took his laughter the wrong way
Our main response to this complaint is that we did not do prior work on the kitchen drain and cannot warranty things that we did not work on
