Review: This company approved me for a $5000 loan. When I called to confirm the loan I was told that I needed to send them $484.00 as a security deposit. I wired them that money and then called to confirm. I waited the 2-4 hours for my money to be deposited into my account and then called them AGAIN because it still had not appeared as per the contract I signed with them. I was then told that I would need to provide yet another $500 because I had bad credit. I AGAIN sent another $500. Now I am told that I need to provide them with a $1500 deposit for an insurance policy!!! I am now out $1000, which is all I had to my name and no loan. Please, please help!!!! I can provide you with a copy of their contract and my wire transfer info. Please help to get this resolved immediately!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my $1000 back and I want the loan they originally granted to me!!!

Response:
At this time, I have not been contacted by Allendale Lendng regarding complaint ID [redacted].
Sincerely,
Review: In a effort to support my family I searched for a loan and received an approval from Allandale Lending of $5000.00 with loan terms; 10% interest on fixed 3year loan with payments of $161.34 monthly and a collateral payment of $484.00 needed to be wired to receive loan funds within 2-4 hours. A contract was emailed to my personal email and I spoke with a personal friend in banking who confirmed the business did personal high-risk loans. I waited two weeks in attempt to secure a loan from a credit union or local (Jacksonville, Fl) bank, however I was unable to secure another loan. After review of the contract again, [redacted] ###-###-#### confirmed the information to send a wire (Western Union) payment of $484.00 to [redacted] and Allandale Lending. I was then informed the next day, with no loan funds deposited in my account, that the lender requested additional 3 months payment of $484.00 to receive the loan funds. I was then told to speak with [redacted], the customer service manager, ###-###-####. I was extremely upset and was in dire need of the loan funds now that I already sent the initial payment and did a quick online research of the company and found no complaints. I sent the second payment and was expecting my loan to be disbursed, however it was not and I was again informed I needed $500 for an insurance for the loan, which was 'optional'. I requested both my deposits to be returned to me by [redacted] and was advised it would take up to 30 days to receive my collateral payment(s) $968.00 and $80.00 in Western Union fees. I realized this was a online fraud and contacted Revdex.com of New York and Attorney General Office and left message for [redacted], which is where I was directed to leave a voicemail by customer service.Desired Settlement: I am requesting total refund of both wired collateral payments $484.00 which totals $968 and both Western Union fee(s) $40x2, which is $80. Total refund requested is $1048.
Review: Allandale Lending contacted me via internet with approval for a $5000 unsecured loan. Only stipulation was to pay 3 months of monthly payments upfront ($484.) I agreed and signed promissory note, consumer loan agreement and declined insurance.I sent payment of $484 to [redacted] of Ontario, Canada who was supposedly funding the loan. Funds was supposed to be in my account the next morning.Money was not deposited; called and they wanted additional 3 monthly payments: additional $484 to [redacted]. sent it via Western Union; money to be in my account within 2-4 hours. Nothing deposited. Then [redacted] wants insurance even though it was agreed upon that it wasn't needed. Sent $500 for insurance which they assured me would be refunded within 24 hours;computer needed the payment. Sent $500 for insurance. Not enough need another $500 for additional insurance. This went on and on for 5 days: each time with assurance that this was the final payment and all but monthly payments would be refunded within 24 hours. I explained to them that this was a $5000 loan and they approved it and I signed papers. They said lender had right to change. After 5 days of this nonsense, I was done; had no money left and they were still asking for additional payments. I cancelled the loan and asked for an immediate refund . They had the nerve to ask for an additional $625.00 to get a refund immediately or I would have to wait 30 days. I explained, again, the money I used was supposed to be refunded in 24 hours to me, why did I now have to wait 30 days? No explanation: either I pay the $625 fee or wait 30 days. This company representative ([redacted]) has called me a liar, hung up the phone on me numerous time, never returns a phone call. I was interviewed by Western Union due to all the payments I made on a daily basis to [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want an immediate of $3647.00 monies paid to them without waiting 30 days as their services were not as described and changed on a daily basis. They promised me funds would be refunded to me within 24 hours each time I made a payment for insurance, money conversion fee.
Review: I received an email from this company stating I was qualified for a 5,000 loan. I contacted Allandale Lending and spoke to "my financial advisor" [redacted] who stated all I needed to process my loan was to either put something worth 5,000 up for collateral or to pay $484.00 for 3 months of payments based off my credit score. I paid the 484.00 for my first 3 months as I needed the funds urgently. He advised the payment will be in my account the next business day. The next business day, nothing. I contacted Allandale Lending and spoke to [redacted] who states they took another look at my credit score and require an additional 3 months of payment. I asked for my refund. I was advised I will get a email regarding my refund being processed. I never received an email. Every time I call [redacted] tell me the refund is in process. He cannot provide any tracking information. He states I can no longer speak to [redacted]. I have still not received my refund of 484.00Desired Settlement: I will like my full refund of 484.00
