going through so far and what needs to happen next. The problem of the delay is with the distributor warehouse. We have been on the phone with the w/d about this but have been waiting for the outside sales rep to come here and p/u the part and paperwork to process. Today I called the w/d again to speak with the GM he wasn't there so they gave me his cel # so we called and left a message. We also called the outside rep on his phone as well. Within 5 min. the outside rep called and we finally got to talk about it. He says he will be here before noon tomorrow 6/3/2015 Maybe now we can get the ball moving. This took 2 months or more to actually get him out here. I do believe the part is covered under warranty from what I see but it has to be picked up and sent in to the manufacture to be analyzed then they will pay us if they see a defect. As far as the oxygen a/f sensors it was recommended due to the problems and mileage on the vehicle. The vehicle is operating with no problems as of today according to [redacted]. we will update [redacted] after the rep picks up the part and paperwork for the claim.
