company. I'm sorry for the misunderstandings that occurred.
Our records show that your husband, [redacted], signed our work ticket authorizing the work and signed that the work was done to his satisfaction. The line was stopped up and was open and running when we left your home. I believe the misunderstanding was with the charge for the camera locator and how options were presented to you.
However, I will refund the total amount paid as a sign of good will on our part. Enclosed please find our check for the amount $433.52.

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s claim that the sink drain stoppage should be under warranty: We came out to the [redacted] house on February 20, 2015 to correct a drain issue with their washer drain. They were in the process of remodeling and moving in....
The technician had to replace the drain and hand dig the frozen ground and deal with rain under the deck. He also had to move the air conditioner and run a line to the main.
We then went back in December (nine months later) because his kitchen sink was backing up. The technician told Mr. [redacted] that we would have to charge him for the call. He declined and said it was under warranty - which it wasn't. We didn't work on the kitchen drain prior, it's not connected to the laundry drain at all. We cannot warranty stoppages. We also cannot warranty areas that we did not work on.
As far as the complaint on the technician, we get a lot of compliments on him. He's a big, jovial kind of guy. We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] took his laughter the wrong way.
Our main response to this complaint is that we did not do prior work on the kitchen drain and cannot warranty things that we did not work on.
