Allen’s General Waste Management

The customer picked up trash service with my business. Upon meeting her face to face. I read our agreement and had her sign the customer form. The following week she went against #5 which states that all trash must be placed in trash bags and that no loose trash will be taken. She was given a red warning which is basically just a friendly reminder of the agreement. This week her two bins were yet again filled with loose trash so the driver who is also my driver manager terminated her trash service and collected her trash bins. She called me and have several excuses. And is blaming me for false advertisement when actually I was just being a nice person and giving her chances. None of my other 174 customers have an issue following the rules that pertain to my services. And actually. I told her I would give her a call after my route. And after I had a chance to talk to the driver and get things sorted out. But I no longer was able to do that once she started being rude and hung up on me. I have screen shots of our conversation. I have pictures of her trash cans. Which were also damaged. And I also stated #4. No refunds will be given. I’m not understanding how a grown adult is looking for several chances to follow a simple rule... I didn’t even have to do that and give her chances. All of my customers know the rules. Thus is why she is my 1st I’ve ever had to terminate.
