At first, [redacted] seems like a trust worthy person. He will offer to give you a better discount if you pay him a portion of the funds upfront. I paid him 50% of the job up front, he worked for a few hours then refused to finish the job. He did not return any of my phone calls or text. In my opinion, if you pay him anything upfront, he will not return to the job. I would not recommend him.
