Review: On 2/15/13 a radiator was installed on my Honda Accord at the Shell station. The mechanic had to remove the transmission line to install it. On 3/12/13 the transmission line came off of the vehicle along with the transmission fluid coming out on my way to work at night. I had to have the vehicle towed to the Shell station because it would not go into any gear and was smoking. On 3/13/13 the Shell station put the line back on and topped off the transmission fluid for no charge. Then on 3/18/13 the gears in the transmission started slipping, so I went back to the Shell station and told them that I was still having problems with the car. The manager and the mechanic did a test drive on the car together and did a diagnostic test on it. That's when the manger came up and said that it was some other things wrong with the car, but also there was a diagnostic test done on the vehicle on 2/15/13 and the only thing came up was two sensors . I have had the car worked on several other occasions at the same Shell station and they never said anything about other problems with the car, only after I told them I was still having problems with it due to the transmission line not being securely or properly put on. That is also when the manager put me in their system because I was never in there until this incident happen with the transmission line. .The car was driving fine before the transmission line came off and the gears were not slipping. I have also taken the car to [redacted] and they said the transmission has internal damage.Desired Settlement: I think that the Shell station should repair or compensate me for the value of a transmission since it is their fault the transmission line came off. The car should be in the same condition it was in before this incident happen, which means no gears are slipping.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The code [redacted] torque converter does not have anything to do with a transmission slipping or not being able to go into reverse. Also the manager has contradicted his self because he informed me and my witness that a Honda has very low pressure of 30psi. I have also taken the car to a company that deals mainly with transmissions and have been in service just as long as he has been in the business. Their result is that it has to do with the transmission fluid coming out of the car. The hose did not just come off by its self and the mechanic was the last person to touch the hose. So I will be seeing them in court.

Review: On June07,2013 I took my truck to Allentown Shell to be repaired. My air conditioner was not working and my head gasket had to be repaired. The repairman gave me a quote for my repair($1600.00)and said it should be ready by Thursday(June 13,2013). I called about the truck and they told me to come Friday. I was not ready. I finally picked the truck up on Saturday. My repairs came to $1998.41. This is almost $400.00 over my quote. I drove the truck home and it is not repaired. I called them and they told me to bring the truck back. Again I took it back on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday(June 18). The truck is still not repaired. I also checked my bill and discovered he had charged outragous amounts for some of my repairs. He charged me $78.00 for two(2) canisters of freon that cost him $8.50 and many other things on the bill were overpriced. The truck is still not fixed and I have to find other means of transportation to get to work.Desired Settlement: Proper repairs on the truck and refund for overcharges of service.
