I spoke to [redacted] a few times about his concerns about the trade of his [redacted] while purchasing cars in March I am still trying to resolve the situation, I offered cash to help to make a payment or give a service credit so they can maintain the cars that they purchased from us Please understand I will try to help the [redacted] family as much as I reasonably can and will follow up when I have more information

I spoke to [redacted] and serviced his car at no charge to the client. The car is running well and the situation should be resolved.

construction at the dealership, Mr. [redacted] paperwork was mistakenly filed. He called again of 6/6/2017 and spoke to Cory T[redacted] another manager here at Allentown Kla. Cory found the Original paperwork and apologized to Mr. [redacted] and processed the paperwork as quickly as possible, Allentown Kia submitted a check to [redacted] in order to credit his balance owed on the vehicle.
