Review: I placed an on-line order with [redacted] on ** Nov ** for four (4) ammonium lactate cream 12%. I received a confirmation e-mail stating that my order was received along with a tracking link. On ** Nov ** my card was credited for $32.30. When I tried to use the tracking link to check the status of my order it just stated that my order would be shipped via ground and no update was provided. I tried calling the customer service number on the website ###-###-#### which just rang and did not give a recording to indicate that you had reached a business after hours or anything. I also tried to reach them via their website [redacted] and the e-mail came back stating undeliverable due to being temporarily disabled. Now I'm beginning to think this is not a legitimate business. Finally I called the phone number on my billing and was told to call back ###-###-####. There was nothing on the internet to alert me that this may not be a legitimate business.Desired Settlement: The company is located in Brooklyn NY and I reside in NJ. I would like the cream I ordered to be shipped immediately. Otherwise I would like my $32.30 refunded to my account immediately. Also if they are a legitimate business they should update their phone number on the website and include a message to indicate they are a business. The e-mail address is not valid and a valid one should be given for customers to contact them. If my order has been placed I need the shipping information.

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], the business sent me an e-mail with the updated tracking information showing UPS as the carrier of my order the same day that you contacted them. I received my order on ** Nov and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Review: I made an order ([redacted]) on March **, 2014. I received an email stating that my order had been received. There is a link to click to see your order status but when you click on it there is no update. When you call the number listed on the website (###-###-####) it just rings and no one answers. The email they list online is not good. My account has been charged and I would like to know when I will receive my items.Desired Settlement: I would either like my items ASAP or a full refund in the amount of $27.24.
