To Whom it May Concern at the Revdex.com and Allerair.To be blunt, this company is lying in their response. I called and left messages and emailed through their “email system” regarding having the units shipped and repaired by Allerair. I never received a response.Both units are right here. I will be happy to provide serial numbers so Aller-Air can rest easy that both units were manufactured by Aller-air and both units are defective.I am not dumping them in to landfill. I apologize for being slow in responding, but my father died between the first time I wrote and receiving this follow up that Revdex.com accepted the word of a disreputable manufacturer.Thank youBest Regards,*** ***
