Review: I have been misinformed many times and feel I need to speak with a supervisor with [redacted]/Allergen patient assistance programs because I depend on the reimbursement t from them. Below is a an emailed I set them and have yet to hear ying to log on the system to see my account only resulted in a NEW account, Does that mean I was deleted? See I have many issues and need help to pay for my migraine treatments which is why I joined 1 1/2 years ago.

Please contact me at [redacted] and leave a message if I don't answer. I have been a customer for over a year and the program has been very frustrating since november. Please leave a message with a manager or supervisor contact information. I was promised 400 in reimbursements in December and am still waiting on 300 of that figure. I was recently mailed a card. ..again but it won't activate and when I call they can not find me, even though I have a card and did receive funds in the past. Also I have been hung up on

three times now dieting the conversation; this could be accidental as the conversation was very mellow by both parties, but it is still extremely aggregating to be at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted]/Allergen to activate the card they mailed me this month and would like the back pay that I am still missing, $300.
