[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1. They claim to have received the letter but not the check. The check, ***, for $40.00, dated 07/12/2017 was in the envelope that was mailed. I suggest they investigate the office area where the mail is opened to look for the check so that they can 'clear my account'. With how this whole situation has been handled, I can't help but think that they have mishandled my check.2. I received no phone messages or missed calls from [redacted] ** on either the home phone or our cell phones. 3. I was never referred to the other Doctor in the practice. I was told by [redacted] that the office policy was that they would not see siblings back-to-back because there was chance that they could mix up the data in the files. I then asked if my sons files had ever been mixed up and they said that this was just a new precaution. I was never told anything about [redacted] heart attack and that the policy was changed to reduce her stress.4. If it is the Doctor's practice not to mail/fax patient files before payment is received, why did they fax both my boys files to my new doctor 'without receiving' my check?5. This problem started with [redacted] not being forthcoming with why the policy has changed, then my letter was received, but not the check, then [redacted] claims to have called me, but we have no received calls or missed calls from the office on our phones. [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] - [redacted] ***

Due to their bad service and new policies our family decided to change to another allergist that was more flexible in schedule and has less complicated policies, I requested then to send me by mail both my son's files with a letter that I faxed them and mail them with a $dollar check, no one (again bad service) since then has called me, neither we have received both my boys files that I paid for as I was indicated to pay in order to get them

Thank you so much for returning my call.  I felt a lot less stressed after speaking with you, as I have never received a complaint from the Revdex.com previously that I can...

recall. It's very sad that [redacted], instead of returning our office manager, [redacted] call decided to write to the Revdex.com. As soon as we received her letter of complaint, my office manager [redacted] called her and left her a voicemail.  I have been providing medical care for her sons since 2009, last saw them in 2015. As I have told you, unfortunately, I suffered a massive heart attack in January of 2016, and made some policy changes to reduce my stress, including not seeing two children(siblings) at the same time. We tried to offer [redacted] to have her son's seen by [redacted] my associate however she never returned the call. Also she notes a check for $40, I have no record of depositing such as check. Perhaps she has a processed check that was deposited by us?Regardless, the medical records were faxed to [redacted] as she requested. I wish her and her son's the best. Hopefully, she will not also post a negative [redacted] review as that would be unfair as we have tried to accommodate the best we can, but inevitably these disgruntled patient decide to post unfair reviews on [redacted].Attached is my letter to you and also the letter we received from her the our records of check deposits, none of which show her check as being deposited by me.I hope this resolves things.Sincerely,Sally B[redacted] This letter is to follow up on my telephone call to you (left you a message today). I apologize but due to being located at [redacted] our mail can get slowed down. For some reason both letters arrived today, which as you can imagine was a surprise to receive 2 letters from the Revdex.com as we have never had a complaint letter from the Revdex.com previously.I had been providing care for her sons from3á til 2015 which is when they last came for a visit. Unfortunately, in January 2016, suffered a massive heart attack and had to have a triple bypass surgery. Since my return, have lessened my schedule to reduce my stress level and hired an associate physician. When [redacted] became upset that I had a new policy of not seeing 2 children together at the same time as it's too stressful and difficult for me, my staff tried to explain to her the reasoning. She left a message of Friday and my staff called her back Monday. She wrote us a letter stating her complaint, so my officer manager [redacted] called her to ask if she would like to see my associate, who is healthy and could see her two children together. She never responded back to her call. Instead we received a request for the records on August 10, 2017 to be faxed to [redacted] via fax.We do not have a record of receiving her check for $40, it may be in the process but nothing has been recordedas cleared. If she has proof of a deposited check by us then we are happy to apply that to the $40 fee and send the records as requested.Attach are the medical record release from [redacted] Our recording of deposited checks. (Does not list one from [redacted].Please contact me ASAP at [redacted], so we can resolve this issue.Sincerely,Sally J B[redacted]
