I am rejecting this response because:
Though I did see the doctor, he simply stated that the authorization for the test was not inAs far as a diagnosis, I am glad that you are so competent that you used my reason for being there as a diagnosis without
performing any examination or testsWhen I called Tricare myself, Sandy (my claims representative) stated that you did not meet the require ts for a level consult chargeWhat your office is doing consititutes as fraud so yes I am a bit angryHowever, Gabby WAS NOT professional in any regardThis is by far the worst customer service I have received from any doctors office and I am appalled at the way they have treated us knowing we are a military familyShe would not even listen to my side of the story, which is why I have tried to take other actionWho knows how many other families they are scamming who don't know to stand up for themselves.

Review: I had a referral from my pediatrician to take my son here for an allergy test. He had broken out in hives twice when eating egg. I arrived on time but ended up waiting in the front for over two hours. I was getting fed up and about to leave when they finally called us back. The doctor came in and said that the approval from our insurance company had not come through and they couldn't do the test that day. He directed us to the front and said one of the girls would call when they had it. I was irritated about them wasting so much of my time so I never answered when they called. Later I received a bill from them for $150.34 for a "consult". I do not feel that is fair since there was never any discussion about his diagnosis any further than they couldn't do the test yet. I called the office manager, Gabby, and she was very rude telling me to pay up. She flipped out on me when I told her I was reporting them to my insurance company for fraud. So far, they are still under investigation but the lady I talked to at Tricare said these things happen a lot and there is a good chance it will go in my favor. I have also contacted the three credit agencies so if she turns us to collections, it wont hurt my credit. I find it appalling the way these people are scamming money.Desired Settlement: I would like them to terminate the bill. I don't feel that I should have to pay for their mistake.

When I called Tricare myself, Sandy (my claims representative) stated that you did not meet the require ts for a level 4 consult charge. What your office is doing consititutes as fraud so yes I am a bit angry. However, Gabby WAS NOT professional in any regard. This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any doctors office and I am appalled at the way they have treated us knowing we are a military family. She would not even listen to my side of the story, which is why I have tried to take other action. Who knows how many other families they are scamming who don't know to stand up for themselves.
